of shionogi & co., ltd. in 2011. the
company has been playing an important role among the activities of chinese
market during the process of globalization of the head office. a joint venture
of ping an-shionogi co., ltd. was established by shionogi (hong kong) co., ltd.
and ping an life insurance company of china, ltd. in shanghai in november, 2020.
c&o pharmaceutical technology (holdings) limited was merged into ping an-shionogi co., ltd. becoming an important part—the
generic drug business segment of its business in february, 2021.
